Marnell Financial Update- COVID-19

| March 23, 2020

Good Day All!

As each day passes, we are all trying to cope with the COVID-19 virus the best we can.  This could be by working from home, self-quarantining and keeping social distance.  We are doing everything we can to keep our office running and operational during this uncertain time, so we want to communicate with you with a few updates. With this said, until April 7th our office will not be open to client visitors. We love seeing each one of you, but we want to keep staff well so we can get through the workload and goal.  During the last two weeks an influx of work has come into the office. We are processing as efficiently as we can to get tax returns done by April 15th. In doing so, our procedure must change; we will be sending tax documents in a few different ways depending on client preference. Secure email, via overnight, priority mail or regular mail.  Most of you know the tax deadline has been extended to July 15th, continue to use  April 15th deadline as a guide and send your tax documents in.  Do not wait,  Scan, and securely send an email with your docs, share Dropbox file or Google document, mail, overnight or fax.  If a drop off is needed, we will have a box at the office, but are asking that you call and let us know that you are coming.

Stay well!!!
