Our Staff

	Dino A. Marnell is the inspiration behind Marnell Financial Services, Ltd., serving as president and owner. He is also the co-founder of Advisor Edge Financial Group, Ltd. A Certified Public Accountant, Dino is dedicated to building long-term relationships with his clients. He intently listens and then pro-actively helps solve any financial concern, whether it is in their small business or as an individual. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He was awarded University Honors, College Honors and Distinction in Accounting for his academic achievements along with being named to several honor societies. Dino specializes in comprehensive income tax preparation and tax planning services. In addition, he is licensed in multiple aspects of insurance and is a registered representative with Brewer Financial Services, LLC and an investment advisor representative with Brewer Investment Advisors, LLC. Because of the ongoing education he receives as part of his various licenses, you can rest assured that the solutions Dino and the Marnell Financial Services team offers are completely current with any new laws. Dino and his wife Stephanie have been married since 1998 and are the proud parents of two children. Besides family vacations and his children’s activities, Dino likes to hit the links and go boating.
	Gina M. Warczynski has worked with Dino since 1997. She works directly with him as his Administrative Assistant. She has a vast understanding of income tax and financial planning. Her daily duties also include small business accounting and client payroll services. She has been married to her husband Rich since 1988 and they have three daughters.
	Deanna C. Transon has been working for Dino since 1997. Deanna works in the accounting department handling the company's receivables and payables. She also works on various other administrative tasks around the office. Deanna has been married to her husband Tony since 1994 and they have three children.
	Richard J. Natalino Jr. has worked with Marnell Financial since August of 2007. Rick is our Staff Accountant and works under the tutelage of Dino. He graduated from Elmhurst College in 2006 with a BS in Accounting and he has aspirations to become a Certified Public Accountant. Rick resides in Lombard, IL where he donates his spare time managing a youth baseball team.
	John W. Hollinger joined Marnell Financial in August 2009. John descends from a long line of tax preparers; both of his parents, a grandfather and several aunts prepared income taxes. Specializing in individual and small business taxes, he launched his tax career in 1991. With John’s knowledge and experience, he is a great addition to the team! He is studying to become an enrolled agent and keeps current on the changing tax laws and education. A resident of Winfield, Illinois, John volunteers as a coach for a middle school Science Olympiad team in his spare time.
